David Mann - Director

David Mann has over 15 years property development experience in the corporate, private property, legal and general business sectors.

In previous roles David has successfully acquired, repositioned and delivered projects as part of a wider team for Ariadne Australia Limited, Seymour Group, Hawaiian Investment Group, Abacus Property Group and a mixture of other private joint venture property and business transactions.

These project achievements and deliverables expected from investors and partners necessitate specialised skills that are commercial, interpretative, adaptive and thorough.

David holds experience and skills relating to facilities and businesses, which complement the asset management and property development industry. David has a successful and comprehensive track record covering residential, tourism and retail developments with a passion for mixed use waterfront developments and marine precincts that include industrial operating business involving wet berthing, dry stacking, refuelling, repair and maintenance of vessels ranging from 10 metres through to 60m super yachts.

These experiences all culminate in an acute knowledge of policies, procedures and operations of a number of cash flow businesses owned by or under direct management control of David/DMANN Corp. David's comprehensive knowledge of the Retail, Residential Asset/Business Management, Liquor and Gaming licence markets in Australia and the South Pacific has been generated through the development, purchase and operational management of assets as detailed herein.

David holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology and is currently completing a Masters of Law.

Dan Mackillop - Property Analyst

Dan MacKillop is Property Analyst for DMANN CORP covering all the essential information and financial analysis requirements of
project and businesses. Dan has worked with David Mann for 8 years in differing operational, development/project management
and analytical roles.

Dan assists in all areas of acquisition, due diligence, financial and feasibility modelling, asset, lease and consultant and business management. Dan has a background in construction management, property economics and finance, where he provides support and management throughout all areas of the development and business operations processes.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology and is completing a
Masters of Applied Finance and Investment.
